Shirley Diane Kay, 58, passed away on March 16, 2013 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born in Florala, Alabama. She was a member of the Assumption Catholic Church and the Polish American Cultural Society.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Ronald Kay, sons Michael Kay (Laura) and Mark Kay, daughter Crystal Kay, brother Rick Peters, sisters Eloise Long, Patricia Stone and Karen Butler. She has one grand-daughter Karyss Hunton.

Visitation for Mrs. Kay will be on Thursday, March 21 at the Assumption Catholic Church from 10 to 12 noon with the service following.
